Morning
Doors open at 7am in Cardiff and 7.30am in Newport. Early arrivals settle with a quiet activity and breakfast. From around 9am we come together for a bilingual welcome — register, weather, songs and a story in Welsh — then rooms move into child-led play with focused activities set out by the practitioners.
Outdoor time comes every morning, whatever the weather. In Newport that often means the forest school area, the mud kitchen or the vegetable garden; in Cardiff, the garden and regular walks into the community.
Afternoon
Lunch is home-cooked and eaten together — a five-star hygiene-rated kitchen and plenty of Welsh at the table. Younger children nap after lunch; older ones rest then move into the afternoon's activities, with a story and teatime before home time at 6pm.
Babies keep their own rhythm. We follow the feeds and sleeps you tell us about at home rather than a room timetable, and you get photos and updates through the family app as the day goes on.
