Our brand new baby room floor has now been registered and is officially open !! We now have space for up to 30 babies at Wibli Wobli, and have two separate rooms – Babis Bach for our youngest babies and Babis for mobile babies.
Our baby room open day took place in January for parents already signed up or on our waiting list. We have had such lovely feedback for the new space and have filled up most of the places already! We are now actively recruiting more staff to accommodate our growing numbers.
New Baby Room Manager
Our new baby room manager Carys has joined us this month. She is very excited to be overseeing the running of the new baby room floor.
Carys is originally from Cardiff but has experience as nursery deputy manager and as a baby room manager at a busy nursery in Bristol.
Multicultural Library
We are putting together a multicultural library for our Wibli Woblis and are looking for any bilingual books from around the world so that we can celebrate all cultures, and in particular any home languages of our children.
We are looking for in particular the following language / dual language books :
Italian Portuguese Mandarin
So far we have plenty of French, Polish and of course Welsh books and the Hindu Temple next door have donated some Hindi books. If you would like to donate any multicultural books please drop off at the nursery. Diolch yn fawr !
