Leah
Area Manager
Leah is an experienced Level 5 practitioner and fluent Welsh speaker. She is also trained in Makaton Levels 1 and 2.
She has experience managing both private day nurseries and flying start settings across Cardiff. She has also played a key role in developing and upskilling practitioners in a variety of settings in her role as a training advisor.
Leah is very passionate about early years, and brings so much energy and positivity to everything she does. She has represented Wales and Great Britain in Karate, occasionally teaches martial arts to children and adults and is a Turn'd Up dance instructor.

Rhiannon
Nursery Manager - Cardiff
Rhiannon is a fluent Welsh speaker and a Level 5 qualified practitioner. Before entering her current role, she served as a Child Protection Detective with the police, bringing extensive experience in safeguarding and supporting vulnerable children and families.
Wibli Wobli
Nursery Practitioners
Our team of nursery practitioners have attained or are working towards Level 2 or Level 3 plus qualified in childcare. All senior practitioners have a minimum Level 3 childcare qualification.
Our Babis, Plantos and Cyn Ysgol rooms are each run by a room leader, responsible for the day to day running of their room. We also have senior practitioners who take on additional roles in the nursery such as our Forest School and Sustainability Officer, ALNCo and Behavioural Lead and Welsh Language Officer.
