Molly
Nursery Manager - Newport
Molly is an experienced Level 5 practitioner described by parents as “absolutely fantastic with the children” and “a brilliant manager”.
She started her childcare career in a Welsh language Cylch Meithrin in Risca and was later head of Welsh at Lullabyz nursery.
Molly has a strong passion for staff support and wellbeing and recently presented as a keynote speaker on Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing at a workshop in Aberystwyth.
Nicola
Nursery Manager - Newport
Nicola is a Level 4 qualified practitioner, an experienced manager and a fluent Welsh speaker.
She plays a key role in supporting staff and children with the implementation and development of the Welsh language across the setting. In addition, Nicola serves as Head of Compliance and Safeguarding, where she upholds the highest standards of care, safety and regulatory practice.
Leah
Nursery Manager - Cardiff
Leah is an experienced Level 5 practitioner and fluent Welsh speaker. She is also trained in Makaton Levels 1 and 2.
She has experience managing both private day nurseries and flying start settings across Cardiff. She has also played a key role in developing and upskilling practitioners in a variety of settings in her role as a training advisor.
Leah is very passionate about early years, and brings so much energy and positivity to everything she does. She has represented Wales and Great Britain in Karate, occasionally teaches martial arts to children and adults and is a Turn'd Up dance instructor.
Wibli Wobli
Room Leaders & Senior Practitioners
Our Babis, Plantos and Cyn Ysgol rooms are each run by a room leader, responsible for the day to day running of their room.
We also have senior practitioners who support the room leaders in running their room and/or take on additional roles in the nursery such as Sustainability Officer or Welsh Lanaguage Officer.
Wibli Wobli
Nursery Practitioners
Our team of nursery practitioners are Level 2 or Level 3 plus qualified in childcare. They support our room leaders in running the nursery rooms.
